Twixt Here'nThere

A spasmodic, serendipitous, journal to show what's happening or not in England, Spain, Portugal and wherever else perchance to roam. Travel, languages, sailing, religion, sex and politics, living abroad, the Pacific Ocean including Easter Island. News from: 'Navasola', in the hills of Aracena at Fuenteheridos; Cabanas de Tavira in Portugal; the cool cool banks of the muddy Humber; and from Pedro (Coelho), Max (Happydays), Tigger, Georgina (my Georgi girl) and Theo and friends in the Great Wen.

Well, Georgina, if not Georgia, was on my mind. A new day, nearly 10 to 1, hunched over an iBook and not doing my back any good.

News of and from 'Navasola', our beautiful spot in the hills of Aracena at Fuenteheridos; from Cabanas de Tavira in Portugal; from the cool cool banks of the muddy Humber; and from Pedro (Coelho), Max (Happydays), Tigger, Georgina (my Georgi girl) and Theo and friends in the Great Wen.

Please add your comments and we'll see what the 'morrow delivers.

Just testing - what does a comment look like? Well, the time settings clearly don't work properly, it's 1:54 am June 22 here, not Wednesday afternoon. You can see the second post came up with the right time but in the wrong order (newest on top?), now this has gone back to US time again - gimme a break!

So now the time is showing BST/UTC+1 but then it wasn't so 9.01 am should read 1.50am and be above the first post

God, this is inflexible and confusing. So previous comment should read:

Hi Trevor - your development as a blogger is progressing well; you've already begun the ranting about trivialities - always a good sign in such a 'young' blogging talent - now you need the emblematic photograph of your cat sleeping soundly in a sunny window to move on to the next level.

Cheers

Russell :)
